Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Inside B2C Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to drive conversions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls, creating and maintaining a sales pipeline, addressing customer inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Exceptional abilities in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse customer base
- Results-driven mentality with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
