Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive - B2C. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. The role will involve identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring that Crio.Do’s growth initiatives align with the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management for developing, managing, and retaining B2C client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills for effectively engaging with customers and internal teams
- Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to meet targets
- Experience in the education technology or B2C domain is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
