Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive specializing in B2C Inside Sales. The executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, converting potential leads into customers, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include conducting consultative sales conversations, understanding the needs of potential customers, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify and create opportunities
- Experience in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and clients
- Business acumen and a customer-focused approach to drive growth
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in an on-site fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is highly preferred
- Experience in B2C sales or education technology is a plus
