Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for the position of Business Development Executive - B2B Sales. The role involves generating business opportunities, identifying new leads, and developing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing effective approaches to acquire clients, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also have a proactive role in achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, and driving business growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written skills, for effective client and team interaction
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales or the media and advertising industry is an advantage
