Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Lead Generation, Data Enrichment , Business Development Executive & LinkedIn Prospecting Specialist to help identify and connect with potential solar companies and decision-makers in the United States. This is a remote role and can be freelance, part-time, or full-time depending on experience and availability.
The candidate will be responsible for building targeted lead lists, enriching company and contact data, and performing LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B leads in the solar industry (USA market)
- Use LinkedIn to find decision makers (CEO, Founder, Operations Manager, Project Manager, etc.)
- Perform LinkedIn prospecting and connection outreach
- Build and maintain lead lists in Excel or Google Sheets
- Perform data enrichment (email, phone, company info, website, employee size, etc.)
- Verify email addresses and ensure data accuracy
- Use lead generation tools like Apollo, Hunter, Snov, RocketReach, etc.
- Maintain CRM or lead database
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Daily/weekly reporting of leads generated
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Lead Generation / LinkedIn Prospecting / Data Research
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
- Experience with tools like:
- Apollo
- Hunter.io
- Snov.io
- RocketReach
- ZoomInfo
- Clearbit
- Lusha
- Strong research and data entry skills
- Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation
- Good written English for LinkedIn outreach
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
