Oricmeta is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, and Performance Marketing. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive who has experience selling digital marketing services and can confidently generate, nurture, and close B2B opportunities.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
• Present and sell Oricmeta's services, including:• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Performance Marketing
• Website Development
• Branding & Creative Services
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client business objectives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth client onboarding.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 1–3 years of B2B agency sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling Digital Marketing, Website Development, or related services.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶.
• Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Experience interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong hunger for growth.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website development services.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
