We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and support revenue growth for our digital marketing services in Mumbai.
This role is strictly for candidates with experience in digital marketing sales or working in a digital marketing agency.
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through performance-driven SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development solutions.
Role Overview
This is an individual contributor role focused on lead generation, client interaction, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close leads for SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Website Development services
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and outreach to connect with business owners
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions
- Schedule meetings and support the complete sales process
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills and Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or working in a digital marketing agency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and support deal closure independently
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Websites
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Note: Candidates without digital marketing or agency sales experience may not be considered.
Languages
English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred for local market)
Compensation and Incentives
- Ppto 9LPA (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives on deals closed
- No upper cap on incentive earnings
Growth Opportunity
- Opportunity to grow into Senior Executive or Business Development Manager roles within 6–12 months based on performance
- Hands-on exposure to sales strategy and digital marketing services
