We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and drive revenue growth for our digital marketing services in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and looking to build a strong career in sales.
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through performance-driven SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development solutions.
Role Overview
This is an individual contributor role focused on lead generation, client interaction, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and a willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Website Development services
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and outreach to connect with business owners
- Identify client requirements and explain relevant digital marketing solutions
- Schedule meetings and support the sales process
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a basic sales pipeline
- Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills and Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to do field sales and client meetings
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B sales or field sales
- Exposure to digital marketing services
Languages
English, Hindi, Marathi
Compensation and Incentives
- Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives on leads converted and deals closed
- Growth in earnings with performance
