Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, creating and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The incumbent will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing business relationships, and working closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, the role involves representing the company at industry events and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and acquire prospective clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management to sustain strategic partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions persuasively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Prior experience in B2B environments or the fenestration/uPVC profile industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
