We are building the next generation of AI learning programs and corporate training courses at INTTRVU.AI, focused on practical AI skills and real-world applications for professionals and teams.
We’re looking for a high-energy B2B Growth & Sales Executive to help us bring AI training into companies that are actively trying to adopt AI.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to founders, CXOs, and business leaders
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Set up meetings and run discovery conversations
- Present AI training solutions for teams and organizations
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify AI adoption opportunities within client organizations and tailor pitches accordingly
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline follow-ups consistently
Hands-on execution expectations:
- Personally handle discovery calls, objection handling, and closing conversations
- Create and send customized proposals, decks, and follow-ups
- Actively follow up with warm and cold leads to move deals forward
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and negotiations as needed

- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales/business development/growth roles
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold conversations
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
