About MarkWay SolutionsMarkWay Solutions is a growing PR and communications agency working with global tech startups, SaaS platforms, eSIM brands, and digital businesses. We help companies build credibility through earned media, strategic storytelling, and AI-optimised visibility across AI platforms.
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition.
Role OverviewThis is a B2B inside-sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing small to mid-size deals. You will work closely with the founder and strategy team to convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients (startups, SaaS companies, tech brands, founders).
- Execute outbound outreach via cold email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls.
- Schedule meetings for qualified prospects.
- Present MarkWay Solutions’ services and offerings on calls.
- Close smaller deals independently and assist in closing larger accounts.
- Maintain lead and deal tracking using CRM / Google Sheets.
- Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales/business development.
- Experience selling services, SaaS, IT services, marketing, or agency offerings is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English (emails and calls).
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and deal pipelines.
- Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented.
Good to Have- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Hunter, or similar.
- Prior experience in PR, marketing, SaaS, or tech services.
Compensation & Benefits- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
