Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Executive (B to C) role, based on-site in Gurugram. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include creating and executing strategies for lead generation, evaluating potential clients, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and converting leads into business partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management processes
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to meet revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate or property management services is an advantage
