Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective learners, you will play a critical role in driving enrolments, building relationships, and helping students take the first step toward a successful career. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about EdTech and have a flair for persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to explain Zikshaa's programs and drive enrolments
• Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable courses or mentorship programs
• Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into paid enrolments
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets set by the team lead
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives
• Collect learner feedback and share insights with the product and program teams
• Participate in webinars, demo sessions, and outreach events to promote Zikshaa's offerings
Who are we looking for
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or student counselling (EdTech experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Odia
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or any lead tracking software
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn are welcome to apply

• CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
