Business Development Executive – Team Lead
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive –Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team
of BDEs, driving lead generation and conversions, and ensuring achievement of sales
targets. The role involves both individual contribution and team handling responsibilities.
️ Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives
• Monitor daily activities such as calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Support the team in lead generation and client acquisition
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle key client interactions and support in deal closures
• Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure proper data management in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with management for strategy and execution

Qualification
• Any Graduate
Experience
