Job Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata (includes travelling)
Experience: 0-2 years
Compensation: 2-3 LPA (based on interview performance)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing long-term client relationships. The Business Development Executive will oversee account management responsibilities and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Business Development and effectively managing client accounts
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in relationship management and negotiating contracts
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the HR technology industry or SaaS solutions is a plus
