Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Agartala. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with educational institutions, training organizations, and corporate employers, while nurturing relationships with existing partners. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations to promote Zeravia’s programs, and negotiating terms that support sustainable growth. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies with platform offerings and learner needs. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales pipelines, preparing performance reports, and providing feedback from partners and prospects to inform business strategy and improve services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and relationship management, with the ability to identify opportunities and close partnerships.
- Competence in communication, presentation, and negotiation, including the ability to explain complex offerings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with lead generation, CRM tools, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of education, training, or career development sectors, especially in areas such as internships, digital skills, or tech careers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently on-site in Agartala, and readiness to engage with partners and learners in person.
- Comfort with working toward targets, adapting in a fast-moving environment, and collaborating across teams to support Zeravia’s mission.
