- LoveLiveLearn (LLL) – delivering mental health and psychoeducation programs that support emotional well-being and resilience among students and young adults
- Concordia – designing experiential learning and facilitation-led interventions for schools, institutions, and organisations
- Bisar – a creative identity vertical centred around storytelling and visual narratives, with a strong focus on landscape photography

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience who can independently:
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Drive conversations with external stakeholders
- Move opportunities toward conversion
- Take ownership of growth outcomes
This is a high-ownership, outcome-driven role, not a support or coordination role.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client-facing roles
Proven experience in:
- Handling client conversations
- Driving opportunities forward
- Working towards conversions
Education (Important): Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred backgrounds:
- Business / Management (BBA, BMS, MBA)
- Psychology / Social Sciences (for alignment with LLL)
- Communication / Humanities
Candidates should be able to:
- Understand context
- Communicate thoughtfully
- Engage with diverse stakeholders

- Confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders
