Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kanpur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies for company growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, setting revenue goals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in representing the company and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in conducting Market Research and creating business proposals
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Familiarity with the Travel, or Rental industries is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
