Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically sound Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–5
years of experience to manage and respond to international business inquiries. The ideal candidate
should have a technical background, strong communication skills, and experience in handling both
inbound leads and cold outreach.
This role requires understanding client requirements, crafting accurate proposals, and driving business
growth through structured follow-ups, cold calling, and effective lead management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze client requirements and prepare structured technical responses aligned with project
scope.
• Handle end-to-end technical communication with international clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on emails, proposals, and calls.
• Conduct cold calling and lead outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to draft accurate proposals and technical responses.
• Maintain communication logs, lead sources, and tracking for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and refine presentations, pitch decks, and proposals based on client feedback.
Lead Handling Responsibilities:
• Work with leads sourced from Email Marketing Teams and/or Freelancing Platforms (Upwork,
Guru, Freelancer).
• Track lead source percentages if handling both channels (e.g., 60% platform-based, 40% email
campaigns).
• Identify new opportunities and provide recommendations on lead strategy.
How You’ll Spend Your Hours in Office:
• Responding to client emails and crafting structured responses.
• Conducting client calls, including requirement discussions, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Collaborating with the technical team to understand project scopes.
• Creating, refining, and submitting proposals and pitch decks.
• Conducting cold outreach and following up on leads.
What You Will NOT Do:
• No door-to-door selling.
• No irrelevant client targeting or spamming.
• Random lead generation without context.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech (Computer Science/IT).
• 3-5 years of experience in IT business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience handling leads from Email Marketing Teams, Freelancing Platforms, or both
(mention percentage handled from each source).
• Experience in cold calling and client outreach.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web/app development, and client requirements.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
