We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through effective use of modern sales tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital channels
• Utilize tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo for prospecting and outreach
• Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (Apollo.io)
• Strong exposure to Upwork (bidding, proposal writing, and client acquisition)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
