Role Description
XtractPro Seating is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our institutional sales presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, online and offline lead sources, and outbound outreach.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Handle inbound inquiries and conduct consistent follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
● Sales, Presentations & Negotiation: Present and demonstrate products or solutions, communicate value propositions clearly, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
● Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, manage customer data, and track all sales activities and deal progress.
● Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
● Payments & Collections Manager: End-to-end payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections and smooth transaction closures.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and client acquisition ability
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
