Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in NCR, India. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients across target markets. The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding business requirements, and presenting XTechOn’s software and technology solutions in a clear, value-focused manner. The Business Development Executive will manage and nurture client accounts, coordinate with internal delivery and technical teams, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing proposals, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, tracking sales metrics, and contributing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline.
- Business and Account Management capabilities to maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and active listening.
- Familiarity with B2B technology or software services sales, preferably in custom software or application development.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting or analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment in NCR, India.
