About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of modern technology services including Web Development, App Development, and AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and outreach
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
• Pitch IT services including web development, mobile app development, and AI/ML solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, App Development, AI/ML)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Compensation
• Fixed Salary: ₹15000 - ₹18000 per month
• Incentive: 5% recurring commission on every closed deal
