Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing partnerships with potential franchisees and investors. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, pitching business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for partners. The role also requires providing pipeline reporting, tracking progress, and contributing to the overall growth strategy execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client and partner relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and structured environment
- Experience in franchise or investor-backed business development is a plus
- Educational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
