We are seeking a proactive and creative Business Development to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our media and advertising business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with brands and agencies, and promoting digital marketing, and marketing branding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop creative sales proposals and pitch brand integration ideas to clients, managers, and CFOs.
- Negotiate budgets, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize business growth and profitability.
- Strong existing network with agencies, brand teams, creative producers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
