India has lakhs of independent gym owners who are passionate about fitness but struggle with the business side — inconsistent member flow, no retention system, poor digital presence, and the constant stress of competing with larger chains.
WTF Powered Gyms is our answer. Independent gym owners don't give up ownership or invest crores in a franchise. Instead, they partner with WTF and we transform their gym into a fully-powered WTF operation — with our brand, technology, marketing, staff training, and ongoing support. They pay a monthly partnership fee or revenue share. The result: a struggling local gym becomes a high-efficiency, tech-enabled, WTF-branded fitness business.
The Role
This is a pure B2B field sales role. You will identify independent gym owners across Delhi NCR, pitch the WTF Powered Gym model, handle objections, and close partnership deals. You will be on the phone and visiting gyms — sitting across the table from gym owners who have built their business with their own hands.
This is an execution role. You will make calls, visit locations, build relationships, and close partnerships every day.
What You Will Do
Build a pipeline of independent gym owners across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and expanding cities
Make outbound calls from provided and self-sourced leads — cold calls, warm follow-ups, and referral calls
Schedule and conduct in-person gym visits to pitch the WTF Powered Gym partnership model
Present the value proposition clearly — what the gym owner gets, what it costs, and why it changes their business
Handle objections confidently — price, ownership concerns, brand questions, trust gaps
Follow up relentlessly and manage the relationship through to closure
Close partnerships — collect signed agreement and partnership fee
Maintain accurate pipeline records in WTF's CRM
Meet and exceed monthly closure targets
Hand off newly signed partners smoothly to the WTF Powered Gym operations team
Who We Are Looking For
Required:
1.5 to 4 years of B2B sales experience — selling to business owners, not individual consumers
Proven track record of high-volume outbound calling and converting calls into meetings and closed deals
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (primary language for gym owner conversations in Delhi NCR)
Good spoken English for internal communication and reporting
Comfortable with in-person field visits across unfamiliar locations
Comfortable with rejection — you hear no many times before you hear yes
Basic smartphone and app proficiency for CRM, WhatsApp, and WTF OS
Own conveyance preferred
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in fitness industry sales — gym memberships, equipment, wellness products
Experience selling franchise or partnership models to small business owners
Experience in telecom, FMCG, fintech, or any sector selling to shop owners or SME business owners
Existing network in the Delhi NCR gym or fitness community
Compensation
Fixed Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-linked incentive on every partnership closed (structure shared during interview)
High performers consistently earn significantly more than fixed salary through incentives
Growth Path: High-performing BDEs move into Senior BDE, Cluster BD Lead, and Territory Head roles as the Powered Gym network scales across India.

Location: Delhi NCR — field-based with some office time at Noida HQ

- How many years of B2B sales experience do you have, and who were your customers — business owners or individual consumers? Give a specific example.
- What was your monthly sales target in your last role and what was your average achievement? Give actual numbers.
- Describe the last time you converted a cold call into a closed deal. How many follow-ups did it take?
- A gym owner says: "I've been running this gym for 8 years. Why do I need WTF? I don't want to give up control." What do you say?
- How comfortable are you with field visits? Do you have your own conveyance?
