Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with a strong foundation in EdTech sales for our WsCube Tech offline centre in Noida to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possess the ability to influence decision-making through consultative selling.
You will play a critical role in converting high-intent leads into enrollments while delivering a seamless, insight-driven counseling experience to prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete B2C sales cycle: lead qualification, counseling, objection handling, and closure.
- Engage with prospective learners via calls, virtual consultations, and follow-ups to understand career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with structured follow-ups and nurturing strategies.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to position programs as long-term career solutions.
- Maintain accurate data and sales activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion ratios.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving learner expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in EdTech/B2C sales (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with high ownership.
- Experience in career counseling or educational program advisory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term engagement.
