We are WorkWearPro (Innovative India Overseas Pvt. Ltd.) — a 28-year-old uniform manufacturer based in Mumbai supplying the Automobile, Aviation, Hotel, and Pharma industries across India. We are building our first sales team and want a hunter.
THE MONEY — NO CAP ON EARNINGS
- Fixed: ₹55,000/month — guaranteed
- Commission: 2.5% on every rupee of orders above ₹5L/month — UNCAPPED
- Close ₹10L/month → take home ₹67,500
- Close ₹30L/month → take home ₹1,17,500
- Close ₹1Cr/month → take home ₹2,92,500
- There is no ceiling.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Hunt new B2B clients in Logistics, Retail, Hotels, Hospitals, Automobile
- Own the full cycle — prospect, pitch, sample, quote, close
- Meet procurement heads and HR managers at target companies
- Build and manage a pipeline of 40–50 active prospects
- Target: ₹10–20L in new orders per month within 3 months of joining
WHAT WE NEED
- 3–6 years of B2B field sales experience
- Background in textiles, garments, FMCG, or hospitality supplies preferred
- Can name real deals closed — with ₹ values and timelines
- Comfortable with cold calls and field visits across Mumbai
- Contacts in Logistics, Hotels, Auto, or Retail = strong advantage
- Fluent Hindi, working English
