Job Title: Executive – Business Development

Role Overview The Executive – Business Development will drive institutional and corporate group sales across Ballari and nearby regions. This role requires strong local network penetration and field sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, and institutes in Bellary region
- Conduct meetings with institutional heads and corporate HR/Admin teams
- Drive group bookings and seasonal campaigns Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve defined revenue targets
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales
Desired Profile
- Kannada, Telegu & English fluency (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across Bellary
- Two-wheeler Mandatory
