Role Overview:
Executive - Business Development will be responsible for driving institutional and corporate group
sales across the Hosur and near-by regions of Krishnagiri. This is a field-intensive, target-driven role designed for high potential MBA fresher’s aspiring to build a strong career in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, tuition centers, associations,
and institutions in Hosur and near-by regions of Krishnagiri.
Conduct field visits and deliver sales presentations to Principals, Management Heads, HR
Heads, and Admin departments.
Promote Wonderla’s group booking packages, seasonal campaigns, and corporate offerings.
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Coordinate with park operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless booking execution.
Participate in local promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance dashboards.
Desired candidate profile:
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Tamil & English mandatory).
High energy and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Strong local knowledge of Hosur region preferred
