Role Overview
Executive – Business Development will be responsible for driving institutional and corporate group sales across assigned districts in Kerala (Calicut, Kochi, Kottayam, Malappuram, and Thrissur). This is a field-intensive, target-driven role suited for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in B2B / institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, tuition centers, associations, and institutions within the assigned district
- Conduct field visits and deliver sales presentations to Principals, Management Heads, HR Heads, and Admin teams
- Promote Wonderla’s group booking packages, seasonal campaigns, and corporate offerings
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless booking execution
- Participate in local promotions, exhibitions, and networking events
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance dashboards
Experience & Qualification
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B / Institutional sales preferred)
- MBA (Marketing & Sales) or any relevant degree
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Malayalam & English mandatory)
- Proven experience in field sales and target achievement
- Strong local market knowledge of any of the assigned districts
- High energy and willingness to travel extensively
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
