We are looking for highly energetic, target-driven, and passionate sales professionals to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive. If you have strong experience in UPSC course sales, EdTech counselling, and target-based sales environment, we would love to connect with you.
📌 Experience Required:
2 – 4+ Years

🔹 Mandatory Requirements:
• Prior experience in UPSC course sales or strong understanding of UPSC background
• Experience as an Education/Academic Counsellor in any UPSC academy
• Experience working in an EdTech company
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to achieve targets within defined timelines
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make 180–200 outbound calls per day
• Maintain minimum 75 connected calls daily
• Ensure daily talk time of 2–2.5 hours
• Counsel prospective students regarding UPSC courses and programs
• Convert leads into admissions/enrollments
• Build strong relationships with students and maintain regular follow-ups
• Maintain accurate call records and sales updates
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong understanding of UPSC aspirants’ mindset and educational counselling
• Comfortable working in a high-performance and target-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
