Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective institutional partners, and driving partnerships to expand the organization’s reach. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the growth of the institute through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Proficiency in market research and business development strategies with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Sales and marketing expertise, including account management, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets.
- Basic understanding of the veterinary or educational sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as Microsoft Office and/or G Suite.
