Role Discription
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Email Marketing, Calls, and Networking
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with prospects
• Coordinate with technical teams for requirement discussions and estimations
• Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
• Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills and Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in IT services sales/business development
• Good understanding of Web & Mobile development services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with lead generation platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Outreach, etc.
• Basic understanding of proposal writing and pricing concepts
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset
