We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing) to drive client acquisition and accelerate business growth for our digital marketing services.
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and capable of generating immediate revenue by bringing in confirmed business. If you have an existing client network or can close deals quickly, this role offers strong earning and growth potential.
You will be responsible for connecting with business owners, understanding their marketing needs, and offering effective digital solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new clients for SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Paid Ads, and Website Design & Development
- Connect with local businesses through meetings, field visits, referrals, and inbound enquiries
- Conduct regular field visits to identify, approach, and acquire potential clients
- Bring and close confirmed business opportunities from your existing network or personal client base
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing strategies
- Close monthly retainer-based service agreements
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage a basic sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Candidates must join with confirmed business in hand (active or ready-to-close clients)
- Strong preference for candidates with an existing client network/pipeline who can generate revenue from Day 1
- Background in digital marketing sales or services is highly preferred
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and key decision-makers
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset
Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (Gujarati is a plus)
