Whizz HR is hiring for internal team situated at Andheri East :
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR managers, founders, and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and pricing discussions with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry hiring patterns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth execution of mandates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment/staffing industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring terminology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software.
