Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our recruitment business by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. The role involves identifying hiring needs, pitching recruitment solutions, closing mandates, and coordinating closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment services
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, and referrals
- Pitch recruitment solutions to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients
- Understand client hiring requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Close recruitment mandates and ensure proper documentation and commercials
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth execution of open positions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and service agreements
- Track sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience in B2B sales and service selling
- Ability to understand hiring needs across multiple roles and industries
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
