Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Business Development Executive, based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and managing client accounts, and effectively communicating with potential and existing clients. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to strategize and execute opportunities for growth, align business solutions with client needs, and foster professional relationships to ensure business success.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in building and maintaining professional relationships and managing business accounts
- Excellent Communication abilities for client interactions and internal coordination
- Proven understanding of business operations and ability to align client needs with company services
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
