Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Noida/Work from Office
We’re looking for a high-ownership operator to work directly with the CEO on lead management, outbound outreach, and pipeline conversion for our Semiconductor & HPC services. This role requires someone who can independently run outreach, maintain pipeline discipline, and drive outcomes — not just execute tasks.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end lead lifecycle management (inbound + outbound)
High-quality calling, follow-ups, and deal progression
Structured CRM/ERP pipeline management (zero lead leakage)
Email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns with measurable outcomes
Lead enrichment using Lusha and Apollo.io
Daily coordination with CEO on priorities, deal movement, and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business / Engineering / Marketing or related)
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
3-5 Years Of Experience In
Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Operations
B2B outbound sales or pipeline management roles
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (calls, email, structured follow-ups)
Proven ability to manage and convert a lead pipeline independently
High discipline in CRM hygiene and tracking
Comfortable with daily calling and persistent follow-ups
Strong ownership mindset — ability to operate without hand-holding
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have
Experience selling to Semiconductor / HPC / Deep Tech companies
Familiarity with outbound tools (Lusha, Apollo, etc.)
Startup or founder’s office experience
Exposure to international B2B sales
