Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and develop strategies to grow the company’s customer base. You will analyze market trends, prepare sales proposals, lead client presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs. Additionally, you will track sales metrics, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the business development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities and close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience in market research and strategic planning to identify growth areas
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to maintain and grow client relationships with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of digital media, branding, or content creation is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or a related role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a results-driven approach
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
