Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about selling digital solutions and SaaS products.
In this role, you will drive new business opportunities for both custom eLearning services and iLearnBay LMS, engaging with decision-makers and helping organizations solve their learning and development challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Identify and engage key stakeholders such as HR leaders, L&D heads, and business decision-makers
- Pitch and demonstrate Whitehouse IT’s eLearning services and iLearnBay LMS platform
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored learning and SaaS solutions
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → demo → proposal → closure
- Build and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the pipeline
- Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- Stay updated on eLearning trends, LMS innovations, and competitor offerings
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Prior experience in SaaS, eLearning, LMS, or IT services is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to sell solution-based offerings, not just products
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach and client acquisition
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
