Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives by identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential clients. The role involves outbound outreach through calls and LinkedIn, with a focus on setting up qualified meetings for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company offerings
Identify and connect with decision-makers via LinkedIn
Initiate conversations, nurture leads, and build strong first-level relationships
Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos with qualified prospects
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
Collaborate with the sales/strategy team to refine outreach messaging
Track daily/weekly outreach and meeting targets
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in cold calling and digital outreach
Ability to engage and influence prospects professionally
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies and tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
Basic understanding of B2B sales is a plus
