Role Description
This is a on-site role based in Nagpur for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, present tailored solutions to clients, and contribute to the company’s business expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Business principles and practices
- Proven proficiency in Communication, including negotiation and presentation skills, to engage with clients effectively
- Experience with Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
