Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in the Pune Division with some work-from-home flexibility. The key responsibilities include strategizing and executing new business development initiatives, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and building lasting business relationships. The role entails identifying opportunities for growth and expanding the company’s market presence while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Business acumen to understand market trends and develop strategies that align with organizational goals
- Strong Communication skills to negotiate, pitch ideas, and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients
- Account Management skills to effectively manage client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the eCommerce and retail industry is an advantage
