JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth while meeting sales targets and supporting the company’s overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and follow-ups.
- Handle client objections and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Maters’s degree in any discipline and Related to Management field
