We are hiring passionate and target-driven professionals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our franchise network across India.
Job Role:
- Handle franchise leads and investor inquiries
- Explain Washkiya franchise business model
- Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations
- Generate and close franchise sales
- Build strong relationships with potential franchise partners
- Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expansion goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, franchise sales, or business development preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and follow-up management
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Freshers with strong confidence can also apply
