Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru location. The role is to Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and after sales while also handling day-to-day operations across the company. This includes working on leads, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, CRM updates, documentation, and coordinating with teams to get things done. The role is about keeping momentum, staying on top of daily tasks, and making sure nothing slips through.The individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth and promoting us as essential assets for modern work environments.
Qualifications
•Experience in business development and lead generation, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
•Strong account management skills, focused on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
•Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
•Good understanding of business operations and market trends
•Self-driven, proactive, and well-organised with strong time management
•Bachelor’s degree
•Prior experience in furniture, interior design, or workspace solutions is a plus
