As an Inside Sales Representative at VPLAK, you will manage the complete remote sales cycle without requiring field travel:
- Lead Management: Identify and target potential B2C and B2B customers using digital inbound inquiries and company databases.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, text outreach, and emails to understand customer requirements regarding premium electronics.
- Product Consultation: Pitch technical specifications, brand advantages, pricing plans, and promotional schemes for high-end audio and tech products.
- CRM & Data Maintenance: Utilize systems like Salesforce or alternative CRM software to track customer communications, log queries, and update lead stages.
- Deal Closure: Address consumer doubts, negotiate purchase conditions, handle quotes, and hit targeted monthly revenue goals.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate directly with logistics, warehouse, and dispatch units to verify product availability and secure tracking updates for buyers.
