Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive admissions for Post Graduate programs (MBA/PGDM). This is a sales-focused role involving lead generation, student counselling, and BTL activities.
✅ Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the education industry (mandatory)
- Experience in selling PG programs (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to BTL activities such as seminars, college visits, and events
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work + sales targets
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through college visits, seminars, and outreach activities
- Conduct BTL marketing activities and engage directly with students
- Counsel prospective students and convert them into admissions
- Manage leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM follow-ups
- Build relationships with colleges and referral sources
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
