About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans.
Work closely with Marketing & Communication and Tender team to align efforts.
Set targets and track the performance of business development efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Analyze business performance, profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Research and identify potential clients, markets, and industries for expansion.
Create and implement strategies for lead generation.
Identify opportunities for partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships by promoting new offerings with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with key clients.
Understand client needs and customize solutions to meet them.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities,

Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
